Do I need to be home during the detail?⌄
Not necessarily — as long as we have access to your vehicle, water, and power, you don't need to be present.
What if it rains on my appointment day?⌄
We'll reach out and reschedule at no penalty. Your deposit carries forward.
How far in advance do I need to book?⌄
We recommend 2–3 days out. Weekend slots fill fast.
What's included in the exterior detail?⌄
Hand wash, wheel and tire clean, exterior windows, tire dressing, dry and wipe-down. Wax & polish is an available add-on.
What's included in the interior detail?⌄
Full vacuum, wipe-down of all surfaces, door panels, dashboard, console, cup holders. Interior windows included.
Do you charge more for larger vehicles?⌄
Yes, slightly. You'll select your vehicle type at checkout and see the exact price before paying.
Is my deposit refundable?⌄
Refundable if you cancel 48+ hours out. Within 48 hours it rolls to your next booking.
How do I pay the remaining balance?⌄
We'll send a payment link day-of. Card, Venmo, or cash — whatever works.
Do you bring your own supplies?⌄
Yes — everything is on us. You just provide water (exterior) and power (interior).
Can I book recurring details?⌄
Absolutely — text us after your first appointment. Repeat customers get priority.
