Refund Policy – The Basics

At Auto Detail Bros, customer satisfaction is important to us. As a mobile detailing service, we strive to deliver high-quality results every time. However, because our services are labor- and time-based rather than product-based, we do not offer standard refunds once a service has been completed.

 

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or partial refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • Unsatisfactory service: If there is a clear issue with the quality of service and we are unable to resolve it with a return visit.

  • Cancellations: If a customer cancels their appointment at least 24 hours in advance, they will not be charged.

  • Overpayments or billing errors: Any billing mistake or accidental charge will be fully refunded upon verification.

 

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Missed appointments or no-shows

  • Customer dissatisfaction due to pre-existing vehicle conditions

  • Weather-related delays or cancellations (services will be rescheduled)
